Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International, Arizona’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the sale of a 14,337 square foot flex industrial building and 1.45 acres of adjacent land in Mesa, Arizona.
Just north of Falcon Field Airpark, the Andy Jaffe and Rex Griswold Team from CPI’s Tempe office represented the seller, ST. Ignatius of Antioch Antiochian Orthodox Church. “The seller of this mostly air-conditioned, industrial building built in 2010 with heavy power, was moving to a new location nearby that was more suited for the growing needs of their congregation,” Griswold said.
The building is located just north of the Red Mountain Loop 202 east of Higley Road on Thomas Road at 5515 E Redmont Circle in Mesa.
The Leroy Breinholt Team from CPI’s Tempe office represented the buyer, Lafayette Circle, LLC, in the purchase of the building and adjacent 1.45 acres of land. Lafayette Circle, LLC, purchased the building and land for $2,280,575 and plans to occupy the property.
