Frank Schulz Awarded Thomas B. Hayes, Jr. Award
Congratulations to Frank Schulz, SIOR, of The Klabin Company/CORFAC International in Los Angeles, California who is this year’s recipient of the CORFAC Standard of Excellence Thomas B. Hayes, Jr. Award. CORFAC’s 2020 President Alan Joel, CCIM, of Joel and Granot Commercial Real Estate/CORFAC International in Atlanta, Georgia, made the announcement during the organization’s 2020 Virtual Board of Directors meeting on September 10.
The award honors the late Tom Hayes, a Principal of Integrated Corporate Property Services/CORFAC International, known for his innovative use of new technologies to continually improve client service. Recipients of this award have distinguished themselves by sharing innovative and creative ideas relevant to commercial real estate brokerage.
“I am honored to receive such an award and I hope that my efforts will inspire others to think creatively, just as Tom did,” Schulz said.
This year Schulz has taken a creative and innovative approach in leading CORFAC’s Communications Committee initiatives, including expanding CORFAC’s brand into new media outlets and improving the CORFAC website.
