David, James, and Micah Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, and Ellen Garthoff, senior advisor, represented Equity Industrial Properties in the leasing of 35,368 s.f. in Tewsbury to Winner’s Chapel. The tenant was represented by Frances Igiebor of LAER Realty Partners.
Centrally located close to the intersection of Route 495 and Route 3, this 125,323-sf industrial building on 8.7 acres is suitable for a wide variety of uses.
