Jim Bisset began his career at Shurgard Capital Group as an asset manager and was involved in acquisitions. Jim has over 25 years of experience primarily in South King County.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM, has spent the last 23+ years selling and leasing industrial, office and investment properties in the Puget Sound region. Since 2000, Brian has completed over 400 transactions.

Bruce brings to The Andover Company over 15 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Having spent his entire commercial real estate career with Andover, he became a partner in 2014.

Jeff has been involved in commercial real estate since 1989 as a sales and leasing specialist. Jeff has extensive experience in both sales (investment and owner/user) and leasing assignments.

Jack Crane began his career as a commercial real estate broker at The Andover Company in 2021 after graduating college. Jack played 5 years of college football as a placekicker, four years at Washington State University and one year at Wake Forest University.

Dave Dunn, CCIM, has been involved in the leasing and sale of commercial property in the Kent Valley since 1983. He has participated in over 8,000,000 SF of lease and sale transactions.

Leslie Harper began working at the Andover Company in 2007. As our Office Manager and Receptionist, Leslie comes to us with a certification in Executive Office Administration.

Ben joins the Andover Company where he was a perennial high performer in the medical device industry. We’re excited to have his unique skill set of negotiating high stakes deals and using his creativity to win for his clients. Ben works with industrial and office tenants as well as landlord representation.

As a principal, Mike brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate to his clients. He specializes in representing corporate clients with their tenant advisory and site selection needs.

Josh Klein specializes in industrial and office sales/leasing in the Eastside and Northend.

As an industrial and office broker, Shane’s primary focus is in the South King County and North Pierce County market area which includes the Kent Valley.

Jake Monroe has had experience providing for landlords since 2015 when he first interned at Rosen-Harbottle Commercial Real Estate. Jake joined the Andover team in the Spring of 2017.

George Rockwell, SIOR is a Principal of the Andover Company, Inc. George joined the Andover Company in 1985 and over the next three years, he assisted the founder.

Arne Svendsen has specialized in industrial property leasing and sales since 1999. A native of Seattle, he has focused on generating long-term relationships with his clients.

Lisa Whiting began working at The Andover Company in May of 2012. Lisa has over 25 years of experience as a business accountant and brings attention to detail to her work.

Alitia Blakley joined the Andover Company in July 2021 as the Marketing and Communications Manager. As a graduate of Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Alitia brings relevant and valuable expertise in traditional and social media marketing.
