Jim Bisset began his career at Shurgard Capital Group as an asset manager and was involved in acquisitions. Jim has over 25 years of experience primarily in South King County.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM, has spent the last 23+ years selling and leasing industrial, office and investment properties in the Puget Sound region. Since 2000, Brian has completed over 400 transactions.

Bruce brings to The Andover Company over 15 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Having spent his entire commercial real estate career with Andover, he became a partner in 2014.

Jeff has been involved in commercial real estate since 1989 as a sales and leasing specialist. Jeff has extensive experience in both sales (investment and owner/user) and leasing assignments.

Jack Crane began his career as a commercial real estate broker at The Andover Company in 2021 after graduating college. Jack played 5 years of college football as a placekicker, four years at Washington State University and one year at Wake Forest University.

Dave Dunn, CCIM, has been involved in the leasing and sale of commercial property in the Kent Valley since 1983. He has participated in over 8,000,000 SF of lease and sale transactions.

Leslie Harper began working at the Andover Company in 2007. As our Office Manager and Receptionist, Leslie comes to us with a certification in Executive Office Administration.

Ben joins the Andover Company where he was a perennial high performer in the medical device industry. We’re excited to have his unique skill set of negotiating high stakes deals and using his creativity to win for his clients. Ben works with industrial and office tenants as well as landlord representation.

As a principal, Mike brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate to his clients. He specializes in representing corporate clients with their tenant advisory and site selection needs.

Josh Klein specializes in industrial and office sales/leasing in the Eastside and Northend.
